To access the Childcare Certificate Recipients Application, you must have an account in FDOE Azure B2C Single Sign-On (SSO) with CCR App role added and be added as a User in the Childcare Certificate Recipients Application.

Follow the instructions below based on your organization type:
District/K-12 Schools, Florida Public Colleges
- Contact your Local Education Agency (LEA) or district/College IT Help Desk to set up your SSO account.
- Find your LEA or district/college IT Helpdesk contact information here:

Private Schools in Florida, Charter Schools in Florida, Florida Department of Children and Families
- Search for your organization’s contact here:
